Right to withdraw from the purchase
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to notify the provider within 14 days of receiving the goods that he withdraws from the contract, without having to state the reason for his decision.
To withdraw from the contract, the buyer must send the completed form to the provider to the provider's address or in scanned form by e-mail to rok.kremzar@piratetreasure.si
The product must be returned within 14 days of the notification of withdrawal from the contract. The product must be returned to PirateTreasure, (incubator) Mariborska 7, 3000 Celje, Slovenia undamaged, unused, complete and in its original packaging. In this case, the shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
The refund will be made immediately or at the latest within 14 days of receiving the notification of withdrawal from the contract. The provider shall return the payments received to the buyer using the same means of payment as the buyer used, unless the buyer has explicitly requested the use of another means of payment and the buyer does not bear any costs as a result. The provider may withhold the return of the payments received until the returned goods have been received or until the buyer provides proof that he has sent the goods back.
When, in the case of a contract concluded outside the business premises, the goods are delivered to the home upon conclusion of the contract, the provider shall collect them at its own expense if, due to the nature of the goods, they cannot be returned in the usual way by post.
